Energy Efficiency Rebates for Your Home

Electric Heat Weatherization Rebates

If electricity is your primary source of heat, CMLP will rebate 50% of the cost of eligible weatherization measures, up to $1,000. For more information view the Weatherization Rebates form. 

Gas Heat Weatherization Rebates

Natural gas-heating households may be eligible for weatherization rebates through Mass Save. Visit the 
Mass Save Home Energy Services Program page, or call 800-632-8300 for more information.

Heat Pump Rebates for Homeowners and Renters

Receive a rebate when you buy an air-source heat pump to heat and cool your home.  If you have a conventional electric resistance or propane-fueled heating system, you can save up to 70% on energy costs by heating with an air-source heat pump instead.  Rebates of up to $6,000 are available.

Heat Pump Water Heater Rebates 
Receive a rebate of up to $750 when you replace an old water heater with a new heat pump water heater (also called a hybrid water heater) with an Energy Factor over 3.0.  

Energy Star Appliance Rebates
Get a rebate for replacing your old refrigerator ($200 rebate) or clothes washing machine ($400 rebate) with an Energy Star model.  Note that refrigerators must be on the EPA's most efficient list to qualify.

LED Bulb Rebates

CMLP offers rebates for LED light bulbs. Residential customers may receive rebates for up to 50 bulbs. Don't forget to recycle your used LED bulbs at the Concord Public Works Department on Keyes Rd or here at the Light Department. To learn more view the
