Parking Permits for the West Concord MBTA commuter parking lot are available to Concord residents whose vehicle is registered in Concord. The permit enables Concord residents to park all day in the unnumbered spaces in the lot. Each permit is valid for 1 or 2 cars. It must be hung from the rear-view mirror. Proof of residence (motor vehicle registration) and the registration number(s) of the vehicle(s) are required.
If you are renewing your permit, please remember to purchase your new parking permit prior to the expiration of the existing one.
When are the permits available? Semi-annual permits will be sold for the periods April 1 through September 30, and October 1 through March 31. Permits are available a few weeks prior to the start of each cycle and are sold through the end of each cycle.
How much does the permit cost? The cost of a semi-annual permit is $150 effective October 1, 2016.
Where can I buy a permit?
Concord residents may purchase the semi-annual permit at the Treasurer / Collector's office at the address below. The office is open Monday - Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

They may also be purchased through the mail. Please send a check, copy of your vehicle registration and a self-addressed stamped envelope.
Daily parking is available at the West Concord station for $5.00 per day. There are currently two ways to pay this fee. A collection box is located next to the train tracks where cash can be deposited into the numbered slots corresponding to the numbers on the parking spaces. The second option is the PayByPhone Application. The application may be downloaded onto smart phones. If you do not have a smart phone an account may be set up on the computer and you may call the designated phone number to make payment when you use the lot.
