The Concord Community Preservation Committee (CPC) is pleased to announce that application forms are now available for Community Preservation Act funding at the 2019 Annual Town Meeting. Application packets are available on the Town’s website at http://www.concordma.gov/1054/2019-Funding-Application-Materials or can be picked up in the Planning Division offices at 141 Keyes Road. A timeline for the Application process and further information on additional materials to submit for CPC review are also available in both locations. This year’s deadline for new applications is Friday, September 21, 2018 at 4:00 p.m.
The CPC will hold its final informational workshop for all applicants at the Harvey Wheeler Community Center Auditorium on Wednesday, September 5, 2018 beginning at 7:00 p.m. As this is the last information session that the Committee will hold before the application deadline, individuals or groups interested in submitting an application are strongly encouraged to attend.
The CPA informational workshop is an important opportunity to learn about the CPC’s procedures and expectations, as well as for the Committee to learn about potential projects. The CPC looks forward to working with Town committees, Town officials, and private groups who are considering projects in the areas of community housing, historic preservation, open space or recreation.
