CMLP is changing to monthly billing for two reasons:
Prior to receiving your first monthly bill, we will send you a new payment plan that has been recalculated to 12 monthly payments. This new Budget amount will appear on your first monthly invoice.
Your payment will still come out of your designated bank account, but on your monthly invoice due date.
No, you will continue to receive your bill on the 10th however it will be monthly now.
Those customers who receive their invoices in January, March, May, July, September, and November will receive their last bi-monthly bill in January 2018.
All customers will be switched in either December 2017 or January 2018. We will be sending out a postcard reminder to all customers.
Most residential and business customers are currently on monthly billing although we still have another 2,700 customer to change over.
Your water/sewer bill will be changed to monthly, but the date has not yet been determined.
